How does this process work?

Step 1 – Pack your device securely in a box or bubble wrap it and place it in a satchel

Step 2 – Complete the Repair Authority form below and we will organise the return with Australia Post on your behalf

Step 3 – You will be contacted (via phone) by an Australia Post representative who will arrange a convenient pickup date and time with you.

Am I required to be present for the pickup?

You are not required to be present for the pickup. Simply leave the device with your reception

Do I need to print and attach anything to the package I’m sending?

We know your busy and to keep things simple, you don’t have to print or attach anything to your return satchel. The courier that picks up your parcel will attach a label to it and return it safely to us.

How do I find the IMEI number for my device?

To locate your IMEI number from your device, follow these simple steps:

Press * # 0 6 # on your keypad,

Press ‘Call’ or ‘Send’ as if making a call

Your IMEI number will be retrieved and displayed on your screen

Where do I find my TeleResult reference number?

You would’ve been provided with your TeleResult reference by our Service Desk after assisting you with your repair query.
