Full visibility of all costs and detailed reports than can be distributed to any level of your organisation as well as full cost centre history tracking and files that can be uploaded to General Ledger to distribute costs any way you need.

We don’t just identify any billing issues through our automated validation tools, we take these forward for you directly to your service provider and lodge disputes or credit requests. We don’t stop there; we track and report until resolution. Our record in recovery your money from telco’s is second to none.

Dashboards & Trends

We have designed dashboards to show you the relevant trends and issues in an easy to understand way. We show 12 month trends and also save up to 5 years of billing data (which is active in the system at any time), allowing us to run very detailed trend reports at any time.

Analytics & Reporting

We literally have 100’s of reports that can be accessed at any time by authorised users, with every search capable to be exported to excel. We also have many pre-programmed reports and can add specialised custom reports as required. We also undertake detailed analytics and provide these in our monthly executive level reporting.

Data Enrichment

Any additional information that will enrich the data held in our systems can be imported or added through the Admin Portal. We can import order and cancellation information, MDM status and even things like Data Network status.
