Mobile Fleet Management

Managing large mobile fleets are complex and time consuming. Our comprehensive service includes everything related to managing your mobile fleet including Procurement, Pre-Staging Services, Advanced Stock & Asset Management Services, Repairs and Warranty Claim Services as well as Features & Barring, International Roaming, Service (SIM) Activation, PIN/PUK Code, Repairs & Warranty, SIM Re-burn, Temporary Suspension and Transfer of Ownership.

Mobile Device Management

We don’t provide MDM software; we provide resources and services to deliver to our clients a fully managed Mobile Device Management (MDM) environment using Microsoft Intune. This allows clients who already have access to Microsoft Intune licenses to get a fully managed service for the price other providers change just for the licence fee. Our service also works for BYO environment and mixed Corporate/BYO environments.

Mobile Application Management

Delivering to users custom developed aps can be difficult and time consuming, especially dealing with third party developers. We offer 2 levels of MAM (Basic and Advanced) allowing you to choose the level of engagement you want us to have in delivering custom apps to your end users. The service includes deployment, configuration and reporting for the management of custom mobile aps (Note: Native apps from App Stores don’t require MAM).

Support Services

We will allocate a Client Manager to your account also provide direct access to our Service Support Team via a 1300 number, email, Service Desk Portal or live chat. If you want us to be a resolver group on your internal IVR, no problems, if you want your end users to contact us directly, no problems. Our support services are designed to actually deliver support.

System Integration

Our systems by themselves are powerful, when integrated with your systems the maximum value can be delivered. During the implementation phase we will work with you to work out the level of integration possible and make it happen.

Reporting and Cost Optimisation

We undertake details monthly reporting, this includes not only our SLA performance, but also recommendations on how to reduce costs based on our advanced analytics and usage modelling.

Workflow, Approvals and Tracking

You get full visibility of the status of any order or change request and if your internal systems don’t provide approval workflow, we will provide that for you from our systems. The status and tracking of any shipments is provided in our system and in information sent directly to the end user. If a shipment is lost, don’t worry we will track it down with the courier and if they have lost it, we will provide a replacement at no cost to you.
